Working with Rapp on their pitch win for the CRM and loyalty for the coffee chain, focusing on transforming the "Costa Club" experience for over 9 million members.

Our creative focussed on hardworking and "smarter, more personal experiences" for customers, incorporating progressive data capture and trigger moments to create experiences such as having your coffee waiting for you when your commutes being painful and helping new mums enjoy better moments, and games to enjoy.
