Looked after creative output on account including DM, ECRM, digital and tech. Changed Email design and direction.
Initiated VR project including selling in to account team up to senior client Stephen Knight, now in dev.
Led successful digital pitch to secure the client’s display activity.
Worked closely with senior data planner to develop new welcome and in-life CRM programme.
